In my experience about 20% of flashcards with missing photographs can be recovered using a software solution. The rest are better left to a professional to recover.
Photo recovery can be straight forward or may involve a series of techniques depending on how the original problem was created. Throughout the process there is some risk that photographs on the card might be accidentally erased with no chance of recovery.
My recommendation: If the photos you are attempting to recover are important to you, leave the recovery to a professional. Paying a professional is well worth the cost if it improves the odds that your photos will be recovered.
I offer photo recovery services that use a series of nine different methodologies I've developed. If I am unable to recover your photos it is unlikely that any software solution will.
I offer a free analysis to determine if your photos are still on your flashcard and if they can be recovered. In 100% of the cards I've analyzed, if I can detect the photos, I've been able to recover them.
